RETURN POLICY 



How are your products made? 

All products sold at unpolishedplease.com are made to order. When an order is placed, a custom request is automatically sent to our partner for immediate printing and fulfillment. Please review the items you have chosen before placing your order, as we cannot cancel, or exchange your order once the transaction has been made. As goods are made to order by our partner we have no processes in which to receive, store and in turn re-sell goods. We hope you understand, thanks.

Returning Products

Returning a product is to be done on your expense, unless the product/service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products/services are to be sent as letters or postal packages. When you have applied the return policy you shall: -in the case of a product: return the product personally or by mail to us.

Unpolished please has a return period of 30 days.

If you fall within the scope of our return policy, Unpolished please will refund the amount you paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the product is returned or you notify us of your intention to return a service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.

In your message to us, you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period starts from the day you received the full product or a significant part of it. If you purchased a customized product or a product with significant personal customization, the return period starts from the day Unpolished please informed you about the product.

You are not eligible for our return policy if:

  • The service you purchased was initiated with your consent during the return period.
  • The service is not returnable due to its physical nature.
  • The seal of authentication on the product has been broken or opened.
  • When returning a product/service:

You must keep the product/service in the same condition as when it was delivered.

You should not have used the product/service, but you have the right to examine its condition upon delivery. If any damage or harm is caused to the product during the examination, it will not be eligible for the return policy.

If you received wrong items or damaged items, please contact us at contact@unpolishedplease.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Looking for a different size/color?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about the size that would fit you better, please refer to our sizing charts available for each item on our store in the product description section. While rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that is the case, please inform us at contact@unpolishedplease.com within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Unclaimed packages:

If you fail to claim your package at a service point and it is returned to us, you will be charged for the shipping cost.

If you believe your products have been lost during transport, please send an email to contact@unpolishedplease.com so that we can track them down.

Unpolished please is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect information provided.
